Genesis 27:6 “Rebekah spoke to her son Jacob. “I just overheard your father talking with your brother, Esau. He said,”
Genesis 27:7 ‘Bring me some game and fix me a hearty meal so that I can eat and bless you with GOD’s blessing before I die.’
Genesis 27:8 “Now, my son, listen to me. Do what I tell you.”

2 Kings 6:12 “But one of his men said, “No, my master, dear king. It’s not any of us. It’s Elisha the prophet in Israel. He tells the king of Israel everything you say, even what you whisper in your bedroom.””(MSG)
At that time, Israel and Syria (Aram) were at war. Both planned their war strategies but on each occasion Israel floored Syria. Every trap Syria set for Israel failed, not once, not twice but severally.
The King of Syria would hatch a perfect plan but before execution Israel always had the antidote. The King of Israel was always a step ahead! This got the King of Syria furious, he came to the conclusion that there was a spy in his cabinet who was making known thier plans to the King of Israel.
One of his aides however debunked that notion. The guy then made a very profound statement, he said, “It’s Elisha the prophet in Israel. He tells the king of Israel everything you say, even what you whisper in your bedroom.” That was Elisha acting as Rebecca to the King of Israel!
You cannot go far in the journey of life until certain secrets are revealed to you. We all need guidance for an ordered step not just to help us escape the traps of the enemy but also to give us strategies to profit with.
