John 2:1 “And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:”
John 2:2 “And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.”
John 2:3 “And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.”
John 2:4 “Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.”
This miracle took place at a town called Cana of Galilee. Cana of Galilee is interpreted to mean a circuit or an enclosed land. It is a heathen circle. It was a land surrounded by enemies, Syria, Palestine, etc.
I want you to know that it doesn’t matter how many enemies surround you, God can still get your miracle across to you!
Psalm 112:4 “Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.”
The bible says, “Unto the upright there ariseth light, in the darkness!” God can always get to you. Don’t give up on God; He knows your location, the enemies notwithstanding!
It doesn’t matter how dark or what darkness surrounds you, God can always get across to you and bail you out!
Another thing to note is that Jesus was invited with His disciples.
John 2:2 “And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.”
Jesus was given a proper invitation along with His disciples. Jesus would have been a stranger or an unwanted guest, but the invitation made Him a stake holder at the wedding. Remember,
Psalm 112:4 “Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness…”
Light arises to the upright, not to the unrighteous. The upright is one who has accepted the Lordship of Jesus Christ. God doesn’t gate crash into places and into lives; He must be given a proper invitation, which He always honors.
Peradventure you are yet to invite Him into your heart and life, please do and give Him the permission to legally come in…To be continued…
