Mark 10:13 “And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.”
Mark 10:14 “But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.”
Mark 10:15 “Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.”
Matthew 18:3 “And said, Truly I say to you, unless you repent (change, turn about) and become like little children [trusting, lowly, loving, forgiving], you can never enter the kingdom of heaven [at all].” (AMP)
…From yesterday…
I once read something that happened between a father,  his wife and their two kids. I heard the story from a mentor of mine that I respect very much. Here is the gist:
The family was moving to a new house and they went on an inspection tour. On getting there, the kids loved it but had just one request from their dad before taking it. They asked their dad to provide a swimming pool. The man sarcastically told them not to worry that they will get three swimming pools.
The kids were happy and excited. The younger one told his brother that thier dad should have one pool, their mum one and they would share one. The elder son was angry; he told his brother that he couldn’t share swimming pool with him, rather their parents should share a pool while they got one each. This didn’t go down well with the younger and this led to a hot argument and then a quarrel.
Their mum who didn’t hear about the pool rushed to settle the ensuing fight. She asked what caused the fight and they explained to her. Their mum busted out laughing. She laughed for what looked like eternity before gathering herself together.
To be continued…
