Don’t let the devil coerce or frighten you into doing things against the will of God for your life. I want you to be daring this week!
Dress up and go to where you have been rejected and let them know a new you has come. Look at that intimidating doctor’s report and announce your healing. The ultimate aim of intimidation is to steal from you. Don’t let the devil steal your health, your career, your wealth and destiny. Say NO more to the enemy!
There was once a giant who intimidated some trained soldiers for forty days and nights! He didn’t physically assault or attack them, he just intimidated them with words. His name was Goliath of Gath.
1 Samuel 17:8 “And he stood and cried unto the armies of Israel, and said unto them, Why are ye come out to set [your] battle in array? [am] not I a Philistine, and ye servants to Saul? choose you a man for you, and let him come down to me.”
1 Samuel 17:9 “If he be able to fight with me, and to kill me, then will we be your servants: but if I prevail against him, and kill him, then shall ye be our servants, and serve us.”
1 Samuel 17:11 “When Saul and all Israel heard those words of the Philistine, they were dismayed, and greatly afraid.”
Friend, be careful what you hear, it can either melt your heart or strengthen it. Well, a seventeen year old boy finally showed up, intimidated the giant and killed him. That was a man from our linage. Our spiritual makeup is the same, we don’t get scared by the enemy, we turn the table against him, don’t ever forget that.
Each time the “giants” intimidate you, relax and show them the One that is behind you.
