Law of Interpretation 14
Ecclesiastes 8:1 “Who [is] as the wise [man]? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.”
As we begin to round up this piece on interpretation, let me sound a serious warning!!
There is what is called “wrong interpretation”. We need to talk about it because most of us run into this error daily.
We see situations and misrepresent or misinterpret them. Sometimes you have no money in your pocket and you interpret it to mean you’re broke or poverty has come. You feel funny and you interpret it to mean weakness and sickness!
A local believe says if you hit your left foot on a stone while walking, it means bad omen, if you hit the right it is interpreted to mean good omen! Who started it? Funny misinterpretations!
My bible says:
Psalms 91:11 “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”
Psalms 91:12 “They shall bear thee up in [their] hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.”
Why must you dash either your left or right foot against a stone? You’re not permitted to dash your foot, your divine security covers it!
Beloved, without the word your interpretation will always be wrong! The bible has stated clearly how to interprete the situations of our life. You feel weak, it means strength has come!
2 Corinthians 12:10″…for when I am weak, then am I strong.”
Joel 3:10″…let the weak say, I [am] strong.”
Don’t interpret feeling weak as weakness, you’re a child of God you should know better!
2 Corinthians 8:9 “You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that by his poverty he could make you rich.”(NLT)
Christ became poor so that you can become rich, you have no business with poverty! (To be continued)
