Law of Interpretation-13
Ecclesiastes 8:1 “How wonderful to be wise, to analyze and interpret things. Wisdom lights up a person’s face, softening its harshness.”(NLT)
Solomon, also said:
Proverbs 4:5 “Sell everything and buy Wisdom! Forage for Understanding! Don’t forget one word! Don’t deviate an inch!”
Proverbs 4:6 “Never walk away from Wisdom–she guards your life; love her–she keeps her eye on you.”
Proverbs 4:7 “Above all and before all, do this: Get Wisdom! Write this at the top of your list: Get Understanding!” (MSG)
The riches, favour and honour you desperately seek are tied to the apron of wisdom, go after wisdom and the byproducts will follow you.
Solomon, said, “Wisdom is the principal thing…” and he added that we should “sell everything and buy Wisdom”. It means you need to go after it and value it above all else!
Study and meditate upon God’s word. It is the richest deposit of wisdom you will ever come across. Let the Holy Spirit unveil the word to you and you will never lack interpretation.
Ecclesiastes 10:10 “If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom [is] profitable to direct.”
You have struggled for too long, applying much strength in the wrong direction. It’s time to work smart by sharpening your axe and the tool is wisdom. It is said that “it is not the load that breaks us, it is how we carry it.” Change strategy and watch things fall in place for you.
Solomon also said in Proverbs 27:17 “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” Meaning you can also acquire wisdom by teaming up with friends who are wise. Those that have first hand experience in handling the things of the Spirit.
Wisdom sharpeneth a man’s countenance and you don’t get this from just anybody, watch your associations carefully!
