Ecclesiastes 8:1 “Who [is] as the wise [man]? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.”
Ecclesiastes 8:1 “How wonderful to be wise, to analyze and interpret things. Wisdom lights up a person’s face, softening its harshness.”(NLT)
How do you ask to be reminded of a dream you forgot and also demand for it’s interpretation? Well, as odd as it sounds, he made the pronouncement but heaven was set with a man and the answer!
Daniel 2:10 “The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth that can shew the king’s matter: therefore [there is] no king, lord, nor ruler, [that] asked such things at any magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean.”
Daniel 2:11 “And [it is] a rare thing that the king requireth, and there is none other that can shew it before the king, except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.”
Daniel 2:19 “Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven.”
Daniel 5:12 “Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation”
Well, as impossible as it sounds, Daniel came up and not only reveal the dream, he interpreted it as well after staying with the God that reveals secrets! In Daniel 2:17-19, Daniel and his friends locked themselves up and enquired of the Lord and the secret was revealed to him.
Friend, what is that puzzling situation in your home, office or community? I want you to use the Daniel’s approach, go in, lock your door and ask the revealer of secrets to make it known to you…To be continued
