Law of Interpretation-2

Ecclesiastes 8:1 “Who [is] as the wise [man]? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.”
Ecclesiastes 8:1 “How wonderful to be wise, to analyze and interpret things. Wisdom lights up a person’s face, softening its harshness.”(NLT)
One day my son was trying to solve his mathematics assignment and all of a sudden he started crying. I called him to findout what the issue was and he cried the more, this continued for a while before I finally succeeded in calming him down. It was then I discovered the problem was that of Interpretation. He was stuck on this particular problem and couldn’t proceed.
I showed him what to do and almost instantly, he started smiling and continued solving the remaining sum. Isn’t this true to life?
Most times we cry, become sad and angry just because we don’t know what to do. We become confused and apprehensive all because of a challenging situation. Our focal scripture says, “without interpretation, a man’s face becomes hard.” But, when interpretation comes via wisdom, the hardness or harshness dissappear.
If you must go far in life, you must simply become an interpreter and a very good one at that. Your boss in the office, any office for that matter is simply looking for somebody to interprete situations for him.
The reason why you’re probably jobless is because you can’t interpret well. Everybody in life needs and is looking for an interpreter. Once you understand this concept, things will begin to fall in place.
Let’s consider the case of Joseph, hear this:
Genesis 40:8 “And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and [there is] no interpreter of it…”
Interesting…Two of the most powerful officer’s of Pharoah in the above scripture needed an interpreter! (To be continued)
