Proverbs 24:16 “No matter how many times you trip them up, God-loyal people don’t stay down long; Soon they’re up on their feet, while the wicked end up flat on their faces.”(MSG)
Worry is a process whereby all you see is the problem and how it can cause you great harm or how you will never recover from the problem. It is the process of shifting your focus from God and listening to the counsel of the devil.
For example, you received a negative report about your health, pick up the bible and begin to see a vision of yourself back in good health, bubling again laying claim on the promise of God that says,
1 Peter 2:24 “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”
That is meditation. But if the picture you see is how you’ll never recover, weak and sickly and how you may never walk again, beware, that is called worrying or negative meditation. The truth is when we experience setbacks, we all do either of the two, meditating or worrying.

God saw darkness and formlessnes as the setback, but by meditation he drew another set of images. The image of a beautiful sky, the land, the sea and of course you and I!
After the new image is formed, move to Gen. 1:3, Speak what you see! This takes us to the second principle called the principle of speech. Genesis 1:3 “And God said…”
The word “said” in this passage has different meanings, such as avouch, issue a command, order, arrange, challenge, demand, boast self, call, certify, determine,
Friend, those are not weak words! They are not statements of the timid, they’re power filled words, for example…(to be continued)
