Everything with a Purpose-4
Proverbs 16:4 “GOD made everything with a…purpose…” (MSG)
Let’s take a look at this popular verse of scripture. Mark 11:24, “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire (passionate, longing, want), when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them].”
The word ‘desire’ there can be substituted by the word passionate, longing and want. Once you identify the passion put them in prayers.
Take an inventory of your passions, they’ll sure give you a clue to your purpose.
3. Take note of what you hate or can’t stand. Mike Murdock says, “What grieves you is a clue to something you are assigned to heal.” Hear this:
Exodus 2:11 “Time passed. Moses grew up. One day he went and saw his brothers, saw all that hard labor. Then he saw an Egyptian hit a Hebrew–one of his relatives!”
Exodus 2:12 “He looked this way and then that; when he realized there was no one in sight, he killed the Egyptian and buried him in the sand.”(MSG)
Moses hated oppression and injustice. It was something he couldn’t stand. Although he went about it the wrong way, it was a pointer to his purpose. There are things that infuriates you, instead of complaining about them, think of how you can make them right. Don’t just complain, they could be pointers to what you’re designed to change. Moses eventually got it right and led his people to freedom. There are people whose deliverance are tied to you. Go set them free!!

But before I do that, let me give you his biography in brief: Mandino was born in Natick, Massachusetts on December 12,1923. Mandino’s mother died before he could enter college. So he dropped out …(to be continued)
