1Sam.16:11 “And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all thy children? And he said There remaineth yet the youngest, and, behold, he keepeth the sheep. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Send and fetch him: for we will not sit down till he come hither.”
1Sam.16:12 “And he sent and brought him in Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said Arise anoint him: for this is he.”
You need to know more to become more. You need to invest more on your mind to enjoy better returns in life. If you want a higher assignment, victory or breakthrough, then you’ve got to arise! If not, I’m sorry to say you will definitely remain at the level of the ordinary. Seeing like men and getting results like them.
Hear this:
Joh 3:7 “Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.”
Joh 3:31 “He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.”
Joh 8:23 “And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.”
Most of us chant these scriptures but we’ve not really come to terms with the truth hidden behind them. The word born again appeared in John 3:7. The word “again” in the Greek is the word “anothen”, meaning from above, from the beginning, the very first or the top.
It means when you become born again, your spirit man becomes impacted with the mentality of the one from above. It means your spirit that has been sitting rises up, standing upright!
When God also ask you to “Arise”, it means come back to your original thinking capacity. The very mindset that created the heaven and the earth. The mindset Adam had in the Garden of Eden that made him give names to all the animals without God questioning any! (to be continued)
